I do hope my poetic (HAHA, yeah right) words give this drawing more value than it did before, it was really careless of me not to draw the sketch first, though-_-

Menara Angklung

I suppose you are familiar with the word "Angklung", it is a traditional musical instrument which originated from Indonesia, West Java.

This structure model is another group assignment from civic education in school. The assignment relates to the "Regional Potential" discussion. At first, my group decided to make a sasando (a traditional musical instrument from Nusa Tenggara Timur) building, but  forming the dried lontar leaf was really difficult-_- so we altered plans and ended up with the idea of making an angklung-inspired building. Estimating how massive this structure will be in accordance with the scale, we decided to name it "Menara Angklung"

Overview 

The pentagon-shaped fountain reflects pancasila, the highest to lowest mast corresponds with the first to the fifth 

Model

This restaurant model is actually a group assignment from the ITC subject in school. What we were instructed to do, was to make a model of a certain place (e.g., house, cafe, shop) and then install the electric circuit. And yeah.. I stayed up until 3 am finishing this model.

 

 

 

 

I know, the model looks so much better without the circuits attached.

By myself? Of course! And if you think that the carnation pattern on the second card is a print out, I'll accept that as a compliment. I actually drew the pattern in person, it is the part which took me the longest to finish.

I Need to Feel Alive

Yeah, I didn't make this because I felt as if I were dead or something, I made this because I recently feel like the days I've been through is surreal... I need to feel like I am actually conscious in the "Real World" which is   a very peculiar feeling for one to be experiencing. It feels like you are living in a dreamlike dimension and... well, this feeling is very difficult to be illustrated-_-
